Swelling after Inflectra infusion

So I had my Inflectra infusion last Wednesday.
The next morning my feet and ankles were puffy and swollen. This subsided the same day. But is this something I should speak with my doctor about? Ive never noticed this happening before. I have an appointment with them before my next infusion. I did have my levels checked in January and I had no antibodies.
I feel great, this infusion seemed to worked even faster than previous infusions. The next day I was back to completely normal bowel movements and have felt amazing since I had the infusion.

Do they check your blood work, BP, and heart rate during your infusions? Did you feel different during or after the infusion? Like coughing alot, wheezing, heart racing or pounding really hard?

I've never had that happen to me but I am on Remicade-so unsure if that would really make a difference.

I think that if it were me, I would check all my read outs from before/during the infusion, then I would wait and see if it happened again. I am assuming it was just alittle swelling and not an ankle diamater that tripled?.

They do check my blood pressure before, twice during and then after the infusion. My blood pressure is always high before because I’m nervous. But during and after it’s normal and they even commented this time how good my blood pressure was. I didn’t feel any different during the infusion.
The swelling was not a massive amount, but it was noticeable to me. I can only compare it to a few times in the past I’ve had way too much salt and gotten a little puffy. It looked similar to that. It went away the same day I saw it.

Bumping this back to the top just to see if anyone else experienced this. I have an appointment with my doctor on Friday but curious if anyone has any insight on this. Or maybe it was just an unrelated coincidence?

I've never experienced anything like that. Maybe a coincidence. See if it happens again. Since it went away the same day probably nothing to worry about.

Met with my doctor yesterday. She believes it was probably just some fluid retention from the fluids that are infused with the Inflectra since I had no other symptoms. She did tell me to watch my salt intake before and after infusion and then see if it happens again

So I did follow their advice and tried to be low sodium right before and right after my infusion. No swelling this time!
