A. TERMINAL ILEUM BIOPSY:
Small intestinal mucosa with preserved villous architecture.
Negative for increased intraepithelial lymphocytes, granulomata, parasites or dysplasia.
B. RIGHT COLON BIOPSY:
Colonic mucosa with no specific histopathologic changes.
Negative for architectural distortion, acute cryptitis, granulomata or dysplasia.
C. LEFT DESCENDING COLON BIOPSY:
Colonic mucosa with no specific histopathologic changes.
Negative for architectural distortion, acute cryptitis, granulomata or dysplasia.
D. RECTUM BIOPSY:
Colonic mucosa with no specific histopathologic changes.
Negative for architectural distortion, acute cryptitis, granulomata or dysplasia.

I’m not sure I even have Ulcerative Colitis.
Last year’s biopsies came back as UC (with a couple of “indeterminates”). Heck, he even showed me pictures of it. That was when I was first diagnosed.
Ain’t there now. (And evidently, no signs of ever having had it).
