Treating a yeast infection caused by Inflectra? Help

So I got my first yeast infection in at least 10 years, I assume it’s from being on Inflectra. Anyone else on biologics start getting yeast infections?
My doctor prescribed me Terconazole 3 day cream. A listed side effect says stomach upset… which makes me a little paranoid since I’m in a really good place with UC right now. Anyone ever used this and did it bother your UC?

I never got yeast infections while on biologics. The only time I get one is when I have to take certain antibiotics, so my dr rx's Diflucan to knock it out. Creams are topical not systemic, so you should be fine. I've never had a problem taking Diflucan, it's a 2 day pill pack.

Good luck getting rid of it.

Yeah not sure why it has stomach upset listed as a side effect when it’s a cream but it worried me. The last time I had a yeast infection long time ago I did take the diflucan but it gave me diarrhea so I wanted to try the cream first.

Should be fine. I also have taken Diflucan many times with no issues.

Thought I’d give an update in case someone has to use this medication and has the same question one day. Using the cream with no issues. I’ve felt a little nauseous but I really don’t know if that’s even related. Seems to be working really well too.
