Keloid Bumps from Infusions

I receive Entyvio infusions every 8 weeks. I have started developing keloid bumps on the inside of my elbows where they insert the needle. I know people think this is trivial compared to the UC symptoms. But this is a chronic disease and I am wondering what my arms will look like years down the road. I am thinking of switching to pills but I am afraid because the pills I was on before stop working and Entyvio does work. Does anyone else have this problem with keloid bumps?
