My rheumatologist told me they won't do combined biologic therapy, but I'm not sure if it's due to best practice in medicine or due to our public health system's drug funding limitations.

Yes, we do have a member on combination therapy & the member is doing very well. I'm sorry I cannot remember the member's username but I will do some digging around.

Yes, I am Mr. Combined Therapy. I use rinvoq and stelera. Not sure which is doing the real job. I was on xeljanz for a year and half. Put me in complete remission. Then I flared badly for 4 months. The stelera seemed to assist me but it didn't put me in remission. Two days after i started rinvoq i was in complete remission again. That has been 15 months now. Interestingly, I tried off label rinvoq right after my flare and it did nothing, so perhaps there is a reason for the combined therapy.

Hugo,
Just out of curiosity, do you get sick more often (e.g., upper respiratory infections) since you've been on the combination therapy? I hear a lot of GI's (e.g., Dr. Bruce Sands) saying that this type of combination may be the next step if we want to 'break the ceiling' in treatment. My concern is that the immunosuppression may be too much.
I am delighted to hear it's working for you and hope it continues for a long time!

No. I don’t get sick more easily in any way.
In face I think I got sicker on remicade as a stand alone.
