Halo,
Call your colorectal surgeon. They should have an emergency number. They will advise you on if you should go in.
Have you had any output?. Was it like it normally is?. Did you bump your stoma?. Are you nauseated,? Feel bloated? Can't eat?.
I have done a few things to cause an ulcer on mine.... Once it actually bled for awhile. Cutting the wafer too small so that it rubs against the edge of your stoma will cause an ulcer, so will placing your cut edge of the wafer too close to the stoma. If you have output that is left on the skin anytime at all it will cause an ulcer. If your stoma rubs against the bag, or if your adjusted the bag and have inadvertently ",pinched or torn," your stoma that can cause an ulcer. There are other things that are more serious that can cause an ulcer. PG can cause an ulcer also. Since you've had PG before--Call your doctor.
You really do need to call your Colorectal surgeons office. Mine has me send pictures thru the portal and then he tells me if I should go in.
Please let us know how it goes.
