Itchy bumps??

My medication was recently change from Asacol to Colazal and I take that in conjunction with Imuran. Since I've start the Imuran I've noticed small itchy bumps and they are extremely persistent in the itchiness. I've ruled out any out side sources such as fleas and mosquitoes, these bumps look nothing like a bite. They look more like small eczema bumps. Which, I have eczema but these bumps are ending up on spots where I don't have it like the tops of my feet and the the bumps are all pretty singular, they don't show up in patches and my eczema doesn't itch like these do.... so weird. Does any one know what this might be?
The way I put the description, it really does sound like bites from an outside source but I've done the best that I could to rule that possibility out.
