Get VSL3 on prescription in UK!

Apologies if this has been posted before!

Read in the paper yesterday that you can now get VSL3 on prescription from the GP if you have certain conditions including UC.

Just thought i would let everyone know if they didnt already!

Do you need to have UC for a specific number of years or certain severity to qualify for it?

I didn't know that! I tried it for a while and didn't get any results and as it cost me £250 I didn't bother sticking with it.
Now I can get it free I'll give it another go!

I have asked my GP about getting VSL 3 on prescription and he says I cannot get it...

How did you get it on prescription? Do you need to talk to a specialist or something?

I read that you could get it in the paper and my GP is in the process of geting it for me. Didnt have to involve the speialist. Will update when i get it.
