Blood not showing on cards

Hi all,

Has anyone ever had the hemacult card say there was no blood but you most definately know it is there. My child bleeds every time she goes to the bathroom and the cards show otherwise. Know I know that the water in the toilet can make it appear that it looks more than it is but I have given teh entire samle and it was definately bloody & mucus like. however the cards do not show the blood.

Any help is appreciated

I am frustrated because this is the second time no blood appeared and I felt like I was trying to "prove" she was in fact bleeding. Teh doctor was nice enough but I got the feeling he didn't believe me. It was the first time I felt uncomfortable with him
