There is a colon clinic in Sydney, Australia that routinely uses Natren probiotic retention enemas to stop even severe bleeding in Crohn's and Colitis patients. They have been doing this for years and report a high success rate with it. Information and directions are provided in the book Listen to Your Gut by Jini Patel Thompson.
