Hi, I am very sorry about
your diagnosis. I understand how difficult it is to go through something like this. I am also 35 and have heart disease (diagnosed 3 yrs ago) and also have Multiple Sclerosis which was diag. 7 yrs ago.
I really dont know anything about Lambdens Excretion and even trying to research it on American Heart Association website or Mayo Clinic's it come's up blank. Perhaps you can get your cardiologist to better explain to you this condition? My cardio has always been very open with talking and explaining to me these types of things...I think this makes a good doc really.
As for the stiff joints, perhaps check out the Fibro forum? This is an autoimmune disorder that often is difficult to diagnose. Most of them are as is MS so, I do understand and the feeling of being in a body older than what you really are. It sucks. I have found that exercise does help some of these symptoms but not over doing it. I am sure you know your own body and what you can and cant do so I wont go there...
