You should not worry if your doctor has given you a clean bill of health. I had aortic valve replacement in May of 2000 and have had PVCs since. I know I have some everyday and just don't feel them and there are days I may have several thousand. Sometimes they drive me nuts. I have had echocardiograms, thallium stress tests, etc. and everything checks out fine. I have the tests every 2 or 3 years because of the artificial valve. If you're having just 4 or 5 a day with a healthy heart then give thanks because your 1 of millions that are fortunate enough to have that few in number.
When or if I get a little nervous I usually take a dramamine which settles me down. Never took any prescript
ion drugs for anxiety, depression, etc.
I hope you feel better soon. I feel it's the anxiety that is getting to you. BTW, PVCs are normal cardiac activity in a healthy heart, everyone gets them.
Take care
Gary
