blood pressure on the rise again

Last night was my first night back to work . Suppose to work 12 hours but started to not feel very well after 7 hours.They had me go home to rest.

While i was working i would feel like blood was rushing to my head every now and again. i felt was prolly from the extra walking. when i got home my blood pressure was 158/102 not to bad my pulse was 115.

This morning i got up my blood pressure was 174/100 pulse 117.After being up for awhile my blood pressure was 145/94 pulse was 102. i felt that really wierd feeling so took it again 179/106 pulse 112. I wasnt doing anything but talking on the phone when this took place.

I call cario dr and he wont be back in till in the morning. Not sure if this is anything to worry about.Family dr doesnt want to touch me and cant blame him.

I take diovan 320 mg ,toprol 100mg twice daily ,cartia 180mg and asprin 81mg.

Not sure if this is normal reaction to me just up and walking alot or if meds just dont want to work.

 After 12 day the burning in my heart isnt getting any better. I cant wait till this goes away

Have you been on the toprol long? I had to stop taking toprol because after about 2 weeks my blood pressure did the exact same thing yours is doing.

Went to see cario dr yesterday. They have decided to check out my adrenal glands to see if for some reason they could be causing this problem. He says maybe they are causing hives and blood pressure. yesterday it was 157/106. pulse 123.
He said pulse is to high for the amount of meds that i am on.
He cant figure out why since implant i am getting hives and why i am having chest pain.If i move wrong i feel as if my heart is being used for a pin cushion.
