Okay well I went to the cardiologist today and I have a very healthy heart the doctor says, I just have mitral valve prolapse which is nothing to worry about . It was just a small prolapse. I just need to have it checked every year and I should live a healthy regular life. To anyone else that has the mitral valve prolapse you will be okay just have it checked on yearly to make sure it does not progress and in most cases it WILL NOT ever progress. You may have some symptoms such as panic attacks, shortness of breath, fainting feeling, etc. but it will not kill you and they also have some medicines that stop the symptoms but most the time reassurance that your heart is healthy is all you need to have. A lot of the symptoms are mental and stress can bring them on. Eating a healthy diet and exercise helps to cut back on the stress which reduces symptoms. To anyone else with other heart conditions, I pray that you all get better and find peace inside yourselves. Take care and God bless.
