Amplatzer wallet cards

When I left hospital I was told to expect an Amplatzer Wallet Card in the post and that it would take a few weeks.  My procedure was done early March and by July I still had not received it, so I rang the hospital where I had the procedure done and was told to wait a bit longer, but no one could tell me much.  Its now August and I still havent recieved it.

Anyone else have problems getting theirs??  Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.

Your med ID bracelet sounds much nicer than having a wallet card anyway.  Great idea :) I would like to get one.  Where did you get yours?  I've nearly given up on receiving the wallet card.
