Not feeling good NEED ADVICE - don't want to panic

For a long time I have had bouts of being short of breath ...not knowing why - I would think it was my weight ...but then it would eventually go away and I would be normal again ..

- Oh I am a 54 y/o woman with Crohns disease and HBP ...liver disease ...
I always have pains in my body ...neck , back , knees, arms , wrists...so

2 weeks ago I woke up with a really bad pain in the middle of my back between my shoulders - I thought I slept bad or something - took an Advil but it never went away - this was a Friday ... by the time I got home from work I had experienced a pain in the middle of my chest that hurt to breath and felt the pain right into that same spot between my shoulders ...

I went that whole weekend feeling this ...it would last for hours ...then pass a while and come back ...

I also have many times of dizziness ...

by Monday when I woke up it was all gone ... I have not had any pain all week until today ... dizziness ... short of breath ...slight pain in the middle of shoulders again ...and this time a slight pain on the left side of my chest ...but it came for a little bit and is now gone ...

Please someone tell me if i am over reacting ?

Should I go to the ER ?
Also - I am afraid because I owe them money from a gallbladder surgery last year - now with a collections agency ...

Can or will they refuse me - how embarassing that will be ... but that is where my doctors are ... that is where i would prefer to go ...
