still have blackout after pfo closure.

hey there.
it's hard to explain but i've been experienced some kind of vision loss which contunies just 30-40 seconds aproximately, and it has been occured only my right eye. It repeats almost periodically (one or two times in each 5 months) After this blackout, i'm not going to feel any pain or stuff.
my doctor says it could be related with pfo, and then i had a surgery to close pfo (8 months ago). although pfo closure, these blackouts still maintains. i do not know how long i have to wait.
if someone also in a same situation, please help me with this.

maybe u had some sort of weakness are these black outs are with severe headache specially when u tilt ur head left or right n ur head started to spin at 360 angle n evything just wnet black n u feel that ur going to lose ur balance

Hi, sounds like you are having occular migraines. Not uncommon after pfo or asd closure. Did you have device closure? I had an ASD closed by device and started experiencing occular migraines (vision disturbances). It was quite scary at first bc I thought my retina was detaching (that happened to a friend of mine). After about 6 months, they subsided to the point that I might have one now once in a blue moon.
