Costochondritis?

Hey guys I am wondering if you can answer some of my questions;

Does costochondritis gradually get worse over 7 months?

Does costochondritis pain change in duration?

Does costochondritis have new chest pains?

Does Costochondritis move around the chest from left to center of the chest?

Does it cause tightness of the chest?

Does it cause discomfort when exercising?

Also do you get left arm discomfort at the same time?

Also does it cause shortness of breath?

Does it cause nausea?

Funny you should ask all those questions, because I have those exact symptoms and I have no answers.
