HELP IM SCARED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *results included I think i have heart diease

Help i am having chest tightness of been to the ER room in a heart hospital in Northern San Antonio Here are the results a few days ago this morning i am once again experiencing this chest TIGHTness its not painfull just tight not to tight but Tight this is the second time im feeling this chest tightness it lasts hours non stop ok im going to upload Photos of my copys of the ER room
this time its lasted since 11 PM its not 5 am...... still having it its right in the middle it doesn't hurt just annoying its always there and came on suddenely but IT Doesn't get worse when atlease i don't think so ok heres the URL to the documents

Planetearth, we are not doctors here, and not qualified to diagnose your problem. If the ER sent you home, that's a really good sign that your heart is fine. Do follow up with your regular doctor; call today to see what he or she recommends.
