Has anyone had a successful ablation for svt.?

has anyone had a successful ablation for svt. everything i read is negative. Due to have my 1st ablation on 4th of december and worried im going to end up worse than i am now.

my step-daughter had a successful cardiac ablation  15 - 20 years ago. i suggest you have an older doctor that has done alot of them. you will be glad you had it done.

thanks for your replies. i am having it done if it works i know it will change my life.
i was looking for positive stories from people who had it done but could only find negative ones.
does your step daughter have no sypthoms at all now and how was she in the few days after if you dont mind me asking bill.

my step daughter was from a previous marraige so i only know about it from when it was done up until about 10 years ago. everything was fine at that time. i haven't had contact for a long time so i don't know any more. i do know a terrible thing happened in which she nearly died from police bullets and is current in florida prison doing double life without parole from a workplace shooting spree. if she survived 4 bullets in the abdomen and is surviving in prison, i can only guess the ablation worked and is still working.
