I also am a suffer of pvcs for the last 3 years. I have been doing great for the last couple months, and then on Monday started using the treadmill. 1st couple days everything was great then BAM..they are back!! With a vengence!! all day and night...not just a couple here and there..15ish per minute on the bad side...ARGH!!
soooo miserable!! doing everything to stay out of the er. I am on Ternormin daily and effoxor and xanax for the scaryness of them, but nothing seems to help. Of course, I have also had all the tests (echos, stress, holiters, ekgs.etc.) the cardiologist mentioned last year that a may have a bicuspid valve (may?) so I am due for a yearly check-up with her sometime in the next month or so. but my Family doctor is not concerned with the bicuspid valve or the fact that the pvcs are back and that it is just a considence that the are back the same time I began to work out. If you think that I'm getting back on that treadmill...no way! A trigger is a trigger ...and I'm terrified!!
Any support is greatly appreciated....I pray for no er visit!!
