Female High blood Presure Age 29

Good day
I have been diagnose with high blood pressure age 29 female. It's hard for me to accept this at my age. The dock don’t seem to think this is a problem. Actually I am not sure what they are thinking because a cording to me this is not normal. The highest my blood pressure was before starting meds was 195/135. It is just hard for me to accept this because of my age. Heart rate sometimes vary fast especially in the morning. Highest I got was 125 beats. Not overweight not drinking maybe on occasion no family history don’t eat salt don’t use drugs. Sometimes I have chest pains and it feels tight. The blood pressure machine sometimes pickup irregular heart rate. feeling very tiger. Don’t know what to do gp send me for kidney test normal. Had eye test dok sead my eyes are of someone with flue? Don’t sleep well awaking 2-3 times at night. It is just I have 2 children and it feels like I won't see the grow up. Any help please what will my next step be to find out why.

Consider seeing another Dr. for a second opinion. 195/135 is very high.  If you have access to an internal medicine physician consider making a appointment with one.  

29 is young, however I was dx in my 30s with hypertension and have been on meds every since.

I am a firm believer in following through when you see results such as you did.  If you have any type of high blood pressure, your doctor may recommend routine tests, such as a urine test (urinalysis), blood tests and an electrocardiogram (ECG) — a test that measures your heart's electrical activity. Your doctor may also recommend additional tests, such as a cholesterol test, to check for  signs of heart disease.

Many people are dx with hypertension without any underlying cause being identified.
