Hi Stingray,
I completely know what you are going through. I have been dealing with PVC's and PAC's for the past 20 years or so (and I'm only 29). I also have something known as PSVT, which is a fast heart rate that occurs at random times. I too have been to the ER many times, and have also seen a shrink for anxiety because of it all. I have had echo's stress echo's, blood tests, event monitors, and 24 hour monitors. I will tell you that if there is nothing structurally wrong with your heart, these PVC's and PAC's will not hurt you. They are sometimes the worst feelings in the world, but they will pass. If you are under a lot of stress (which face it, who isn't nowadays), they will occur more often. Things that help PVC"s is exercise (which may be hard with the piriformis, beta blockers, or getting your mind on other things (Which is hard, I know). But the best thing to know is that these are not life threatening. Let me know if you need anything else or have any other questions, and good luck. :)
