Hello,
I am new to this forum, and this is my first post. I have read many posts that have been helpful to me when I get terrorized by these horrible PVCS. It is comforting to know I'm not alone. I have to say that I am a lucky one who only has one or two a day, but we all understand that even one is enough to ruin your day! For me, it is the type that feel like a horse has kicked you from the inside of your chest. It scares the hell out of me, then I try to move on. I do not have symptoms with them, just complete fear. I have had many ekgs, blood tests, an echo and stress test, everything normal. My cardiologist told me it is just MY heart and there is nothing dangerous about
it. Still, its enough to make me never want to go anywhere.
I have heard many people say that the doctor tells them that exercise slows PVCS down. In my case, the PVCS are dormant when I'm staying relaxed, and when I finally get the nerve to get up and start to do something, BAM..one hits me. This makes it terrifying to try to exercise or even walk out the door. My doctor gave me a small mg of buspirone to stop the adrenaline associated with these, but I refuse to live my life a prisoner to pills or PVCS. Does anyone else experience this, or have any advice on dealing? Thanks!
