I keep getting chest pains both sides and central and get kinda tired throghout the day and lightheaded. I have had chest Xrays, 5 EKG's, stress test echo, Blood work and troponin blood test, worse a 24 hour holter monitor and numerous Dr visits. They said they dont think there is anythign wrong with my hear but still get the pain and light headed it scraes me. I dont have any swelling or weight gain my bp I just took was 125/77 with a 84 Heart Rate. I am about 20 lbs overweight. I do get mild short of breath after doing things like snow blowing

Kyle,

If all of your tests are fine, have you consider other things that may be causing your chest discomfort.  GERD, Anxiety and many other disorders may be the culprit.

have you had a medical screening exam by your PCP to rule out other causes besides cardiac?

I hope you get to the bottom of you problem and that all is well.

Meanwhile do look at reading in the GERD and the Anxiety Forums.

thanks Kitt, I have met with him he has not pnpointed anything but feels its not cardiac related. The ER diagnosed me with Costocohndristis or chest wall pain. I take meds for it now but still have the pain. I have been to see my Dr so many times lately I dont want to keep bothering them

I'd look into GERD and Gallbladder.
