My whole life i have eaten fast food and drank a lot of carbonated soda. I have been trying to improve my circulation through eating nothing but health foods and water...
my circulation is poor and i thrive to keep my hands and feet warm.
it seems that when i drink anything with caffeine my circulation decreases, and i get cold hands/and or feet.
I have read a lot about circulation and they say stay away from caffeine all together..
I also read a lot about tea and they talk about how beneficial tea is for you and that it improves circulation...
Whats confusing to me is the contradiction with tea and caffeine with the circulation.
So after reading more and thinking about the technicalities of things (which is seems everything in life or with the human body is very technical, as far as your history, race, what you eat as a child, activities , you know things your normal doctors never asks about) I have noticed and came to a conclusion of maybe the tea with caffeine is only beneficial for people that are already in good circulation. Maybe the people with very poor circulation shouldn't consume caffeine at all, and wait until the circulation drastically improves before considering drinking tea with caffeine.
Any information or input would be greatly appreciated..
Thanks
