Hi,
I had a chest pain 6 months back so went to see a doctor at A&E. They did an ECG and all came normal and she suggested to me to go to GP.
I have seen the GP and after one more ECG and blood test, I was tested Helicobactor Pylori positive so I was given some anti-biotics and gas resistant tablets - no pain for some time then. I was also Anaemic.
In January this year, I had a general checkup where an ECG, blood test is done and all came good, but the BP difference between 2 arms is different (~15 points). Blood test this time revealed I am not Anaemic. I had an x-ray done and it didnt explain the BP difference, as it is all normal too.
I get the chest pain again now - very bad 2 weeks back. Went to A&E - one more ECG and all OK. Doctor asked me to check with GP again :(
The pain is bad now, I get it almost daily and have some tickling sensation in hands too. Sometimes I get the pain on right side of chest too. I am just 29 and never had any health issues in the past.
I have an appointment with cardiologist specialist next month but I am really worried about my health. I am very active, never get a pain when I play games or so.. but I get the pain only when I am idle, after eating , before sleeping and as soon as I wake up.
No medical history of heart problems. Please can anyone tell me if difference in BP is causing this, though I have a normal ECG? I am not over weight, but a bit skinny. Thank you.
