Kayb87, can you provide a link to the studies you refer to? I'm not aware of any supplements that have been proven in Randomized clinical trials on a large enough scale to be valid. But I'd be interested in seeing them if they exist.
To the original poster....I'm glad your program is working for you.
I've always believed you get fit in the gym and you lose weight in the kitchen. I've lost 45 pounds over the last 5 years, all with diet. I did it gradually, and the last 15 pounds, which are usually the toughest, came off so easily. I simply eliminated carbs. Both whole grains and the crappy kind. No bread, rice, pasta of any kind. And the pounds melted off
