In the ER the other day w my fourth 'heart attack' this month the orders written on my discharge papers were : New patient visit with CVP er cardiac
what does this mean ? I'm so scared and having these terrible sx still.
All of a sudden I was diagnosed w tachycardia, then sinus node arrythmia, and angina. Then I had a period of 3 months where I suffered from an annoying but not too bothersome cough. After approx 3 mos of this cough I woke up unable to breathe so I went to the er where a partial lung collapse, small nodule, impaction if right lobe, fibrosis and osseous lesions in/of the lung were found. I had had a ct scan a year prior where lungs were clear. I have NEVER had a lung/breathing issue before.
And now it's getting much worse by the day.
also having kidney issues. My gfr function will go from 80 to 120 to 145 within a month (I've had a lot of bloodwork done)
I'm so sob I can ba rely walk now and my heart area turns blue when in cold water (I have pictures)
I was healthy a year ago. I'm only 30 I just don't understand this
my troponin levels were 0.40 last month, now there 0.10. My left side of heart is enlarged. I have terrible spasms/palpitations in my throat now and such difficult breathing which of course makes me extremely dizzy.
please any advice. also what is the cvp note?
