SO CONFUSED!!!

I've been having strong chest pain on and off since last November, also some shortness of breath. I've seen my GI thinking it was GERD related, EGD was normal. Saw a pulmonologist, pulmonary function test, normal, stress echo and regular echo, normal. Symptoms are not consistent. I'm scheduled for a nuclear stress test. The cardiologist says maybe a vasospasm. After reading about it, this does not sound like me. I think if anything it could be microvascular disease, with esophageal spasms. Can a nuclear stress test show vasospasm or microvascular disease? I don't know which doctor to turn to. Cardiologist put me diltiazem, it's making me dizzy. GI offers meds too, but I don't like going on meds without a diagnosis. Anyone out there have microvascular disease or vasospasm, how was it diagnosed? I've also been experiencing fingernail changes. One fingernail has become clubbed and more are starting to be clubbed.they have all turned white, with no moons. I also have connective tissue disease and gastroparesis. Help, I'm desperate for any advice!

Thanks for responding to me. I have had a chest CT it is normal. I am having a nuclear stress test next week. I'm not really wanting to do the ct angiogram because it's so invasive and my symptoms are not everyday. I may end up having that test though.
