I don't think reactive hypoglycemia is an actual diagnosis / condition. I think it's more of an explanation of the symptom. I am still working with the endocrinologist on it.
I just wanted to let anyone who is going through a similar situation / having the same symptoms to make sure it's not their blood sugar. I always thought there was something wrong with my heart, but my symptoms go away after eating so I know it's my glucose that is the issue.
I have learned from all the doctors visits I have gone to is that doctors want to treat the symptoms and not the actual issue causing the symptoms.
It was only because I tested my blood sugar by chance that I found out my blood sugar was low when I was having my racing heart/ dizzy spells. When I told my doctor they some how tried to take credit for figuring out my symptoms were caused by low sugar.
I know it's not good to be Googleing symptoms and I an not, but it's also not bad to look things up and suggest them to the doctor. You have to be your greatest advocate.
👍👍👍👍👍👍 Ok, hello,
You sorta amuse me over the posts you made, you remind me of how I used to be with my anxieties. But, I'm sure that you will be on, just look into reputable health sites and not just any sites. Please let me know how you are doing, I'd love to have good conversations with you if you don't mind. I also am a firm believer that WE ARE our best advocates. But, we have to slow down and really understand what is going on though.
Please message me back. Thanks
