Echocardiogram results confusion

Waiting to see cardiologist next week but in the meantime got my echocardiogram results by mail that I had Sunday.

Basically everything was good incept for this

“ right ventricle: mild right ventricle enlargement with normal systolic function. There is increased trabeculations.
Triscupid valve : trace triscupid regurgitation with normal pulmonary artey pressure

Impression : mild right ventricle enlargement with normal systolic function Normal left ventricular systolic function with ef of 60+/-5% without any significant valvular disease.

What exactly does this mean? Or what caused it? I had one done a few years ago for chest pain and everything was normal. I went to dr originally a few weeks ago because of crushing middle chest pressure, shortness of breath,dizziness and insane fatigue. Also have a history of very high bp.

Almost everyone in the world has what they call 'trace' or sometimes 'trivial' regurgitation, this is when the chambers in your heart expel blood but some leaks back, a tiny amount based on the results above and absolutely nothing to worry about. The percentage is your ejection fraction, basically this is the percentage of blood which is pumped out of your ventricles every time your heart beats, you are in the normal range of 55% - 75%.

Ask your Doctor to go through the results bit by bit with you if you have any concerns.
