To be honest 'Bradycardia' is subjective to the person. How old are you? Are you physically active? If you're quite young and/or active then 48 really isn't that low, many Doctors are now trying to shift the old 60-100 beats a minute instead to 50-90. It's possible to have a healthy heart and still have POTS as backwards as that sounds. I agree with the above poster, now you've got this diagnosis you're bound to focus in on it, and the anxiety that creates can have a massive effect on your heart rate.
