Chest pain & rapid heart rate

Hey all,
I have been having constant chest pain for 3 weeks, my blood pressure is elevated as well highest I've caught it is 147/89 I am normally 118/82. Rapid heart rate highest I've caught is 150. Even walking a short distance it elevates. My resting heart rate is between 73-80 that's always been that. I went to the emergency room 3 weeks ago and they did ekg and it said Normal sinus rhythm
with sinus arrhythmia
Rightward axis
RSR' or QR pattern in V1 suggests right ventricular conduction delay
Borderline ECG.. ER told me it looked good sent me home here we are 3 weeks later and it is all still there (was waiting on my Dr appointment with my family dr) went back to ER 2 days ago and they ran blood work and ekg again and blood work came back fine but my ekg this time says Normal sinus rhythm

Pulmonary disease pattern

Abnormal ECG. But said I was fine and sent me home so I went to my family dr yesterday and he just dismissed it all. All he said was you're not going to die! Well this has been going on this long and my ekgs keep changing how is that? Wouldn't even refer me to a cardiologist.

I do have GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) but I have never had it do this before. Is this something I really can just dismiss? I did have Covid 10 weeks ago not sure if this is a long haul symptoms. This going on for so long though does have my anxiety now super high! I have not ate much in a few days because I have some bloating feeling as well with nausea so I don't have an appetite.

To make sure things are OK I called the cardiologist again and told them my PCP would not refer me and that I had been to that clinic before and that it has been 3 weeks of this and no relief and it is getting my anxiety to go through the roof. They got me a new patient appointment for tomorrow thankfully! Hopefully I will be able to sleep decent tonight as I am "excited" and relieved they got me in so quick, because I feel like I'm literally dying! Being only 30 and having heart issues is quite rare but makes my mind race because I am a smoker, and both paternal and maternal grandparents have heart issues. My mom is 47 and doesn't have issues that we know of.

I am trying to keep strong! The chest pain went away for a little bit last night, but of course it's back today.

Await echo and stress test, a bit more detailed. Poor wave progression? the queens sideways wave that needs a boost! lol. Ya don't laugh, ya cry. HT

Anxiety will hinder the hotter and make it useless, esp when ya racing etc.
Other stuff will be wonky when anxiety is thru the roof. Keep calm. Your not dead, nor hospitalised or on a ventilator etc.
Disregard the jargon….
Burn incense, drink, if can’t eat, sustagen.
Working yourself into a lather just makes it more complex with the ticker and the dr’s.

2. Occasional ectopy.
3. No sustained arrhythmias.
4. Eleven symptoms correlate with sinus rhythm and sinus tachycardia.

Oops, I thought I got it all. But missed that, I still have not heard from my doctor and now it is getting to the point that I am getting super lightheaded and feel like I'm going to faint blood pressure when I checked it was 180/100 none of the Dr's seem to care that it is that high or that I feel the way I do
