Hi There,
I have just had a PFO closure and wasn’t given much advice about
exercises apart from non in the first 1/2weeks and then build up slowly.
Is there anyone who has been through a closure and can share their experiences about
how to go back exercising and how to go about
it? Did it effect the device in any way?
Many thanks.

BEST ADVICE, A CARDIAC REHAB PROGRAM.
LOOK AT YOUR LOCAL COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTRES.
NO PFO, DOUBLE BY PASS IS WHAT I HAD.
THE CRDIAC REHAB GROUP HAD PEOPLE WITH A VARIETY OF HEART SURGERIES. HT
CAPS, BAD VISION. HT

Hi Sometimes I am me,
Thank you for the advice. I hadn’t thought of local cardiac support networks. I will look into them.
I hope you are doing well after your surgery?
