Hi Mary and Maxx, my gosh, we could be triplets!! LOL
Maxx, I'm sorry the xanax didn't work for you. It seems to calm my mind down, if that makes any sense, but I also know it's not really good to get dependent on it so it might be a good thing that it didn't work for you. I haven't tried yoga, I should. I just don't think I can relax enough. Have you tried it? As far as exercising, does carrying in the groceries count?? I don't have a cardio exercise regement, I just take my dog for a 2 mile walk (or should I say, she walks me)! maybe a couple of times a week.
Mary, I can't believe your pvc's started after child birth too! I also can't believe that the doctors haven't pieced any of this together. We can't be the only two women that this has happened to. I felt great while I was pregnant, how about you? I started getting them about 3 months after delivery. I didn't have PPD or any of that. I started feeling very lethargic like I was getting a bad case of the flu. I even got a raspy voice. I felt like I was having heart failure, although I don't know what that is. My doctor just thinks I'm crazy more or less so I don't get support from him. Oh, try taking a calcium supplement with your magnesium, it's supposed to help your body absorb the magnesium.
What do you guys feel when you get a pvc? I get a funny feeling in my neck.
Sorry my e-mails are so long, but I'm so happy that you can relate. Talk to you soon.
