I have adema from time to time in my right foot and ankle area. Not serious swelling but it is adema. When i noticed it i went to the doctor about
it. This was three years ago or so. He had me take a OKG for heart kidney and liver test. All results were good. The only explanation is my family history of high blood pressure. Is the adema in my foot a death sentence? If i can get some blood pressure meds from doctors approval well the swelling go down. In the future i know i will need these meds to prolong my health. I like weightlifting alot and i want to put on bodyweight.\? Can i achieve more bodyweight without killing myself with my history of high blood pressure? Last time i took a blodd pressure reading it was elevated but not high.
thanks
