Shock in heart!!

Hi all!!!

i justed wanted to know if anyone gets a sudden shock like feeling in the middle of your chest which i think is coming from the heart?  I don't get this often but today, it happenend twice already.....it's a quick bolt that lasts 1 second but it's frightening considering a heart attack can happen when you least expect it.

What could it be??? I have been under a bit of stress lately so im thinking its that but maybe i'm wrong.....
