input greatly needed

hi there,,ihave palpataions,, went to docs with them,, i also have (colitis ) the docs checked me told me i have a slight heart murmour,, sent me to hospital, i had an echo scan of the heart and was sent home with a 24 hour monitor, and the consultant said my heart murmour was very slight, and he told me to lay off caffeine, so i have decaff tea now,, my results came back and the doc said they was all fine and not to worry,,, i too have panick attacks and anxiety,, but when they found out i had this heart murmur i was convinced i did not suffer panicks and that it was my heart making me breathless etc,,, but yet results all fine,,, hmmmmm i still get these palpatations but told not to worry,,,and still dont really know how this heart murmour can affect me, if at all,, the doc said cause its a slight one i need not worry it wont cause me problems,,,, i hope not :( i also get dizzy spells but dont know if thats my colitis causing it,,, geee why is everything so complicated lol x
