im should be happy but .....

I have had fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome lasting a few years. Had chest pain recurring for almost a year. Today I underwent a exercise ecg and although my heart responds well to exercise on recovery the cardiologist said there were ectopics but that they were harmless...everyone gets them. I was looking at recovery heart rate and I found ectopics post - exercise and the article said that ectopics after exercise are more dangerous than those during. My question is this...are there different types of ectopic and should i be worried even though the specialist wasn't. I was feeling so good until I read that article. I didn't know there were different types of ectopic beats and so I never asked what kind I had. I have sorely went from being reassureed to frightened.
