Heart surgery gone wrong

Hello I am looking for some info on possible side effects that may occur during a heart surgery that doctors messed up. Double bypass heart surgery...was screwed up by doctors thus having to do it twice. Is it vein to artery...and vein to artery? Correct? They did one vein to artery and one vein to vein missing the whole blocked artery...for about 5 months....realizing this after some pain...bypass had to be redone. I'm looking for side effects that may have occurred after the first mess up from doctors...if anyone has been through it and would like to share some information...it would be helpful thank you.
