Angiogram Ckear

Just had angiogram and cardiologist told me it was clear, and that my chest pain I am experiencing on exertion and the cold is not heart related.   The problem is that my pain is worse in the cold and when I walk fast.  Can anyone tell me what else could be causing this.  I constantly have a high pulse of over 100 and also have sinus tachycardia. I also have been having seizures which seem to have come about due to exertion, however dr disagree and say it is just co insidence

 

Not on any medication for seizures as yet still awaiting further tests. and dr is referring me to a chest pain clinic.

But pain definately gets worse in the cold weather and when walking fast.  I need to use spray to ease chest sometimes.

Forgot to mention I also had full arm parylisis which lasted over month without being able to use arm or feelings in it, could not feel hot or cold on it either.
