22,000 PVCs per day

Hi,    I've been diagnosed with  PVCs   Have as many as 22,000  a day, after wearing a holter montor

Had Echo,  and it said the lower left venticle has enlarged a little and has a  65% injection factor..so that

isn't bad...  I had an ablation a year ago,,,didn't help,,went to Cleveland Clinic,,the Electrophysian there,

top guy,  said to "Just go home and live your live,,no meds will help because the cell that is creating the

PVC's in your Aorta and hard to reach.    They extra beats make me nuts,,especially at night when I'm

trying to sleep.  I take NO meds for them as none worked.  Good grief,,,does anyone have this, and what

do you do to stop them, if anything.  I'm 67 years old,  and this has been going on for about 3 years now.

I have MVP.....& for over 20 yrs--getting lottsa irregular beats & SVT---!

Very scary----*but....wow 22,000 PVCs a day....!    Don't know how you live w that-

My cardio told me same thing---"Robert....just live with

it---I would not even suggest ablation.....as the issue is probaly "multi focal'....& doubt we could ablate all of the irritable cells!"--

But---trust your Cardio--!  Btw....are you taing any beta blockers?  i take Tenormin....(Atelenol)--  25 mg a day--it helps a bit!  Maybe you should take your beta blocker  an...hour before bedtime!  Hope my words were of some help---Take care--Robert
