im 23 years old and have a pacemaker put in about a year ago and im having sharp pains where i have my pacemaker at and when i breathe its a sharper pain and when i move my neck to my right i have pain too whats wrong with me

I am sorry to read of your problems but would like to kindly suggest you see your cardiologist.

Do let us know what your physician says re your pains.
