hey, nickvlad99
Sorry to hear about your situation. I'm a nurse in an emergency and i've seen first hand the effects ALS has on a patient and family. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Here are my thoughts on your BP and ECG. First of all your BP is quite normal considering your situation and you anxiety levels with traffic and possibly even the "white coat" syndrome. Your BP goes up and down all day; in the morning it is very different from the afternoon provided all factors are the same, it is part of the circadian rhythm. The rhythm of life, it is the same as the awake/sleep cycles. The funny thing about blood pressures is that it is very closely tied to your heart rate when your heart goes up so does your BP. I would start to monitor you if your pulse was 60 and your BP was still 160/100. That is a different situation.
Secondly, your ECG sinus tachycardia with right BBB and right ventricle hypertrophy. The ECG machine sometimes interprets wrong information that is why doctors and nurses need to be trained to read the info so it can correctly interpreted. Given that your heart was 110, anything over 100 is considered "tachy". So the right BBB is the only thing your doctor is checking out with a ECHO and all that is a ultrasound of your heart.
So don't worry about your heart your doctor is being thorough. Other than anxiety it sounds, ok. Keep in mind any chest pain should be considered seriously and the doctors need to do blood work to determine if your heart is damaged.
