Can abyone interpret my echo findings.

     I went for an echocardiogram two weeks ago and when the specialist cardio nurse reviewed the findings she said it looked fine apart from some turbulent blood flow through the pulmonary artery but the same finding was noticed on a previous echo in 2005.
Today I received a letter with an appointment for 19th september.
Examination findings.
Blood pressure 136/88. pulse 70, regular. CVS normal Cartoid Bruits: No. RS: clear. Peripheral Oedema: No JVP: Not elevated.
ECG findings Normal Sinus Rhythm 75 bpm.
Echocardiogram findings: Normal LV/RV size and systolic function, no valve stenosis or peolapse seen, trace MR, TR, PR, atypical diastolic flow noted in pulmonary artery not typical of PR. Doppler inconclusive- though unable to wholly exclude, patent ductus arteriosis (PDA).
I am so frightened of the Echocardiogram findings although I am not 100% sure what this means.
also had a 72 hour tape on but will get the results on the 19th. Please help.
