scary symptoms

Hi

I'm usually on the arthrtitis chat room but Im also have PAD. I just started on a new arthritis medication called cimzia that has some possible scary side effects. For the past few weeks I've been having some off and on shortness of breath and for two days now my right ankle has been really swollen.  this morning woke up with a killer headache.  I usually blame everything on the arthritis bit am a little concerned that these symptoms may be associated with the artery blockages.  Can anyone tell me what symptoms go along with CHF

Thank you, I did read up on CHF and I saw my primary doctor. He sent me for an ultrasound on my leg and a CT angiogram of the chest (to rule out clots).  Then to the lab for lots of bloodwork.  Evidently no clots cause they let me go home.   Will see my rheumatologist Tuesday and then back to my primary on the 20th.  So far I don't know anything and am still having swelling in the right ankle and off and on shortness of breath.
