heart

hi guys... ive been experiencing pain on the left hand side of my chest. it started with just sudden cramps around the heart area which usally prevents me from taking in deep breaths, but that usally lats like around a minute. Recently its gotten worst, the pain is much more stronger and last for hours. just the other night the pain was so so bad that i could actually hear my heart beat aloud and thats coming of my chest..can you help?
