Good Morning and welcome to HealingWell. I would kindly suggest you lighten up on the drinking and look into seeing a counselor to help you deal with your anxiety. It feels to me like you may have problems with Health Anxiety.
Managing one's anxiety is a key task of being an adult human being and taking responsibility for oneself. It is also a difficult task and will take effort and practice. Anxiety can greatly influence our thinking in a way that isn't rational.
