? on moderate cardiomegly

Just really nervous about this new finding on a lung x-ray I had.... I have Catamenial Pneumothorax since 2008 so I had sufferd many right lung collapses, Had pluredisis in April and Tah in July, sorry just wanted to give the last six month history.. Went to the hospital to get all my medical records and while reading through found out on several x-rays that heart was enlarges sometimes wording was top of normal limits, the last x-ray I had was sept 19 and it was compared to one I had on July 29. Findings were increasing cardiomegly with pulmonary vascular redistribution but no evidence of definite pulmonary interstitial edema. So Im very upset that Not one Doctor found it important to tell me this. I have seen my Primary Dr and she is setting up an appt for ultra sound of my heart think its called echocardiogram.. I guess I just wanted to know mainly has anyone on her went through this? and if so could I ask what there findings were?
